The Story of FolhaSeca

FolhaSeca started as a personal passion. I wanted capoeira training clothes that were comfortable and stylish, but there was little available, especially for women.

I started designing tops and pants for myself and friends, and from there it grew. People loved my designs, and the way the clothes fit and let them move.

I started getting more and more demand, so in 2021 decided to make it official and launched www.folha-seca.com!

A few words about

JANA

Born and raised in São Paulo, Jana had a passion for Art & Design since she was a little girl.

She went on to study at the college of Fine Arts (FAAP), and soon afterwards did a Post-Grad in Creation and Fashion (FASM).

A dedicated Capoeirista since the age of 17, it was only natural that her loves would combine, and FolhaSeca was born.

In 2012 Jana moved to Freising in Germany where she has her own group:
